Due to the fact that in the last update they fixed an exploit where a character could go to an outpost they hadn't previously visited via the Ambassador in Guild halls, have they changed it to where PvP chars can't visit explorable halls and PvE chars can't go unless they've reached the mainland in their respective campaigns?
